We occasionally receive ideas that are already a part of SDL TMS 2007. We will provide feedback on such ideas that the requests are already in place, and instructions for how to access them.

We will also feed these ideas back to our training and documentation process: if users are requesting features that already exist, we clearly have a gap in that area that we should address.
